Quick answers
How do I restore my purchases?
Open Croupier Academy, go to the purchase or subscription screen, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used for the original purchase. If anything is missing afterward, email us and we'll help.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Apple: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Croupier Academy.
Google Play: Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Croupier Academy.
Cancelling stops the next renewal; access usually continues until the end of the current period.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account at any time inside the app:
Profile → Account → Delete account, then confirm with your password. This
permanently removes your account data, nickname, avatar, username claim and leaderboard
entries. Full instructions are on our
account deletion page.
Note: deleting your account does not cancel active App Store
or Google Play subscriptions — cancel those separately in your store settings. Can't open the
app? Email us and we'll process the request for you.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple and Google, so refunds follow their policies and are requested through the store you bought from. See our Terms of Use for details — and feel free to contact us if you need help with the process.
Is this a gambling app?
No. Croupier Academy is a training and practice tool for casino dealers. It does not offer real-money gambling, and no real money can be won or lost.
